Shipping Policy

Customers in Hong Kong and Macau can choose to pick up their orders at our store or have them delivered via SF Express. All international orders will be shipped using FedEx International Shipping Service. In case of any disputes, our store reserves the right to make the final decision.

– In-Store Pickup –

If you choose to pick up your order in person, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order to schedule a pickup time.

– SF Express (Freight Collect) –

Once full payment for the order has been confirmed, please provide the recipient’s name, contact number, and full address in Chinese. All parcels for Hong Kong and Macau will be shipped via SF Express.

All purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days after payment is completed. Once the parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for monitoring your shipment. Our store is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delayed delivery, including financial loss, damage, or lost parcels.

– International Orders –

For international orders, we use FedEx International Shipping Service. Customers residing overseas may contact us via WhatsApp for individual shipping quotes.
