We will provide you with the purchasing price in HKD (please note that prices may vary due to exchange rates, and each quote is valid for 24 hours only).

The usual purchasing period is 7-21 working days. We will inform you in advance if there are any special circumstances.

We will provide a bank account for the deposit confirmation process, which is 50% of the product price.

No verbal agreements will be accepted; the transfer will be considered final.

Once we receive the deposit, we will proceed with the purchase immediately.

If the purchase is successful, we will notify you once the item arrives.

Customers can choose to pay the remaining balance within 14 days for delivery via SF Express or pick up at our store.

If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be treated as abandoned, and the item will be resold, with deposits non-refundable.

If the purchasing attempt is unsuccessful, we will refund the deposit in full.

Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot request returns, refunds, or exchanges unless suggested by our team.
