If any damage or abnormalities are found, please take photos for documentation and notify us within three days for further arrangements. During this period, customers are responsible for properly storing the goods.
Items for exchange or return must be in unused condition, accompanied by all original accessories, packaging, and receipts. Our company reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods.
Except for special circumstances, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
